Style influencer Joshua, aka The Prince Joshua, is innocently naughty. Regularly featured in our Hottest Pics of the Week, he entices and teases with a flash of his assets. How far will he go? One can only hope. But behind the behind, he’s a bit of a goofball with a playful attitude and a surprisingly innocent smile. He has ingratiated himself into the Arizona LGBTQ nightlife as well as earned him the role of influencer on Instagram. He wears jockstraps not just as a hot boy costume, but as part of his daily life. During COVID, he gave his audience the gift of creating an OnlyFans.

Beyond the visual appeal of Prince Joshua, he has a lot of heart. We had the opportunity to find out about Joshua’s personal life - his coming out to a conservative family, his Pride wishes for the LGBTQ community, and his message of being true to yourself.

When did you crown yourself a Prince and what does it mean?

It all started with getting the tattoo on my right cheek. I made the handle @ThePrinceJoshua to remind myself that I am royalty. Growing up I was bullied for who I was and I had a strong love for Disney movies. I decided to live with a mindset that I was royalty so that I would live unapologetically and never question my heart.

What is your coming out story?

I grew up very Christian, my mother was a missionary to the deaf and my father was a worship leader. Coming out was hard because my family wanted to show love were convinced who I was would bring me damnation. My sister Rosalynne came out as gay first, then later came out as trans. She was my support system along with my best friends and together we opened our family’s eyes and helped them learn to love us for who we are. My family - three older sisters and one younger, along with my parents and I are all closer than ever now and support one another, so much it’s beautiful. I’m very blessed to have them.

What was your first sexual experience like?

Very experimental. My girlfriend at the time and I wanted to feel the experience but were afraid so we ended up helping each other learn more about each other’s genitals. Then I had a very similar experience when it came to doing things with guys - my friend and I experimentally messed around to see what felt good.

What is the LGBTQ scene like in Arizona?

Arizona’s queer scene is full of talent. Working as a bartender and go-go boy, I get to see a lot of drag shows and I love the diversity we have when it comes to the kind of groups there are. I get to see pageantry, alternative drag, out-of-the-box performances - it’s amazing. I enjoy the inclusivity because the bars aren’t labeled as gay bars but as safe queer places.

Do you remember your first night of go-go dancing?

I was so excited. I come from a cheer and rave background before being allowed in the bars so being in front of a crowd dancing was something I loved to do. I let my body move to the beat, it’s easier for me to dance that way and it looks more natural. I remember it was supposed to be my “try out” and they allowed me to stay the whole night and instantly hired me. I’ve been working for BS West for 3 years and love that I’ve been able to branch out and go-go for other bars as well

What do you love most about sharing your sexuality with the world?

I love being able to show other people how to unapologetically be themselves and to stay true to their authentic being. Life is no fun if you’re not being true to yourself.

Are you as naughty in real life as your come across on your social media?

I’m much more of a goof when you meet me In person. I'm definitely flirty but I love to joke around and be a little sassy. I’ve been told many times I say things that sound dirty even if I’m not trying to be, I can’t help it.

What body part do you notice first about a guy?

I think I first look at their eyes, then their chest. I’m a sucker for a set of pretty eyes though.

What personality trait do you notice first about a guy?

I look to see how they treat other people. I’m a person who will talk to and befriend anyone who’s generally a good person. If a guy treats others without respect for no good reason it really turns me off.

What is your best date story?

At the time I had a boyfriend, it was Valentine’s Day and we went out to see Deadpool in theatres. We had such a fun time and when I got home there were rose petals leading to the bedroom and on the bed were my favorite candies and some magic mushrooms. We made love all night, I felt as if I were connected to him. It was very magical.

You must get flirty messages in your DMs all the time, what kind of messages do you respond to first?

Usually, anyone who wants to collaborate on a creative project or someone who I relate to when they ask for advice. I know what it’s like to look up to someone and hope to get some advice from them, so I always do my best to inspire others.

Where you nervous to start an OnlyFans?

Very. I contemplated it for a long time but came to the conclusion that it’s something I’ll want to look back on. I also set some boundaries for what I will and won’t do because it’s not something I want to be known for. My content is a sexual fantasy with just me, I try to be creative and always provide new content to drool over.

What do you think is your best quality?

I think my best quality is supporting other people and telling them they can do it when they aren’t sure of themselves. I want others to live as confident in themselves as I do. Anyone who doesn’t want you to succeed isn’t worth your time, and shouldn’t hold you back from doing what you love.

We see a lot of jockstraps on your social media, do you really wear them on a regular basis in everyday life?

I wear jockstraps all the time, to the gym or work, but funny enough I never wear underwear when I’m at home. I love to freeball In some sweat shorts.

What is your message to your fans this Pride season?

This Pride season I really want everyone to focus on loving all queer people no matter what they identify as or who they are. We are a support system and I want everyone to be included in the beauty of ALL our pride.

If you were to design a pair of Andrew Christian underwear, what would they look like?

I’m always in love with the Massive collections, they are usually golden, have crowns and a royal theme to them. I would create a jockstrap with metallic gold lettering, and for the pouch, I would have gold lining with gold jeweled bedazzling your bulge.
