The argument is that it can cause  misconceptions about sexuality. Meaning gay men engaging in straight sex solely for  money can be seen as blurring the lines of genuine bisexuality or fluid sexual  orientations. Though we understand this argument, we have to keep at the forefront  that almost all adult content is fantasy based and done, as almost all jobs in this world,  for financial gain to do things like pay rent, keep the heat on, etc. We can’t imagine  any stars engaging as a way to diminish anyone else’s walk through this life, their  sexual identity, or their gender freedoms.

We don’t know where “Straight for Pay” will eventually take us as a collective. Maybe it  fizzles, maybe it becomes the norm. What we do know is that we are in the dawn of  an evolution in the adult entertainment industry.
